As an organization pioneered but health professionals in the cancer care continuum in Zimbabwe, we recognize the critical role health workers play in delivering quality cancer care. To enhance their skills and knowledge, we provide continuous professional development opportunities. Through workshops, conferences, webinars, training sessions, and capacity-building programs, we empower health workers to stay updated on best practices, latest research, and innovative treatments. Brain cancer conference initiative

Brain cancer makes a significant percentage of all cancer is Zimbabwe and the reality of long lasting and life altering cognitive, physical and psychological compromises from brain cancer makes it particularly very important. The management of both adult and pediatric brain tumors calls for a multi-disciplinary team approach to achieve a good prognosis.

Brain cancer conference 3rd edition

The 3rd edition of the brain cancer conference will take place in Harare on 30 May under the theme;

"Advancing in brain cancer care, where are we?"

The brain cancer conference initiative pioneered in 2022 is a local platform bringing together the cancer care multi-disciplinary team and relevant stakeholders to reduce the impact of brain cancer in Zimbabwe. This years conference will provide research presentation, focus group discussions, educational presentations aimed at empowering health professionals in the brain cancer care continuum to naturally reduce the disease burden from brain cancer through active engagement, advocacy, collaboration and education.
